Joining the OKMQA Yahoo Group

In the upper right portion of the page, you should see a button "Join This Group." When you click on that button, Yahoo will ask for your Yahoo Identity and password. If you do not already have a Yahoo ID, you will need to create one. See instructions below.
If you already have a Yahoo ID, make sure you are logged in and click on "Join This Group." Review the information on that page, making sure your group e-mails will be sent to the correct e-mail address, etc.
In the "Comment to Owner" box, please give me your FULL NAME so I can easily verify that you are a paid member of the Oklahoma Machine Quilter's Association.
Step 2, Message Delivery options, is very important. This group does not generate a lot of e-mail and I would urge you to receive individual messages. That will allow you to quickly receive important information posted to the group.
Make sure the form is complete, click "Join" at the bottom of the page and you're done!
1. When you click on the Join This Group button, Yahoo will ask for your Yahoo Identity and password. Look down the list a bit to find "Don't have a Yahoo ID?" and click on "Sign up."
2. Complete the form and click on "Create My Account."
3. That should take you to a Congratulations page. At the bottom of the page is a link for "Edit Marketing Preferences." PLEASE take a moment to review that and OPT OUT of those items. NOT opting out will allow Yahoo to send you tons of junk!
4. You will receive an e-mail message asking you to activate your Yahoo account. You must do that in order to continue and join the OKMQA Yahoo group.
